Lola

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 14, 2026

Lola is a game you play over iMessage, made by Creative Together Inc. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we receive when you play with Lola, what we do with it, and what your choices are.

What we collect

When you play with Lola, we receive:

That's it. We don't collect your contacts, your location, your photos, or anything from your device. There are no accounts, no passwords, and no sign-up.

How we use it

We use this information for one thing: running the game. Your messages, number, and name let Lola hold a conversation with you and keep the game going.

We do not:

Who else sees it

We use Linq (linqapp.com) to send and receive iMessages. Every message between you and Lola passes through Linq's systems, and conversations are stored there as part of providing the service. Linq acts as our service provider — they process this data only to deliver the messaging service, and they are SOC 2 Type II certified. You can read their privacy policy at linqapp.com.

We don't share your information with anyone else, unless we're legally required to (for example, by a valid court order).

How long we keep it

We keep conversations so that Lola can remember your game across sessions. If you want your conversation history, phone number, and name deleted, just ask — see below.

Your choices

Children

Lola is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has been playing with Lola, contact us and we'll delete the data.

Changes to this policy

If we change how Lola handles your information — for example, if we add new features — we'll update this policy and change the effective date at the top.
